Hi All,
I have been experimenting with a 24p cut (ex composer) exported as an AFE
and loaded into the Nitris at 23.98 as well as 24p and have noticed the
following things.
1. The afe loads fine at 23.98 (with a note about the frame rate change),
the clips didge fine from the hd deck set to 23.98. The advantage here is I
get real time output at standard def to drive the vector scope.
2. If I then load the afe into the same project with a seq set at 24p, the
afe imports (without the frame rate change note) and the clips created are
partially linked to the 23.98 media. Sections of the seq require rendering
(where they are not offline)
3. If I load the AFE into a new project at 24p it works exactly as expected
with no strange cross linking to the other projects 23.98 clips.
It seems we should be careful mixing 24p and 23.98 within the same project.
