Call HP. Hopefully, you are still under warranty.
It is likely your motherboard or power supply is toast.

You can try removing all PCI card and all RAM card except one.
Keep trying different RAM sticks. If it does not boot, it is
your mobo or PSU.

If you are under warranty, HP will comedown, usually in 48
hours, to replace - or 24 hours if you do it yourself.
