Hi Igor,
this might certainly be an indexing issue. Try my standard remedy: 
Configure storages, change, change, select the storage holding the media 
and change. Don't change anything but exit out to the timeline again. A 
new indexing will take place and this can take some time, but hopefully 
your media will be available for you again.
