Should be plenty of room if you just have the standard c: and DVD-ROM drives in it. I stuck a 300 gb drive in mine and split it between projects, archives and audio. I believe I put it on the secondary IDE channel as the master with the DVD-ROM drive as the slave. If you do move the DVD drive's position on the ribbon cable, check to see if any jumpers need to be changed as well.
