RE: what is the proper USERVA setting?

it’s the bios setting for getting the HP workstation to properly use 3GB of RAM.

it changed somewhere along the line from 2400 to 2700 but I couldn’t remember if it changed back or what.

I was confused but thanks to seth I’m once again found.
