Thanks Neal,

The client supplied at OMF in the end and I converted it into an AFE via
Xpress Pro 5.2.

Thanks for your advice anyway - I will keep a note for next time I work with
an AFL.

Cheers!

Wozy

Hey there Wozy,

With this version of MC you must use MediaLog to open the Bin and export the
AFE.

There is a version of MediaLog supplied with DS that will enable this or any
of the late version MediaLogs is can be used (V2x.x). Close DS then launch
MediaLog. Open the project or Bin (Copied from MC) and export either the
sequence or Bin. Close MediaLog then open DS again and import the resulting
AFE in the normal way.

The DS Conform guide describes this process further and is highly recomended
reading. Also Bill Admans text on preparing MC projects for DS online is
highly recomended. This material is all on the ds support site at
www3.softimage.com (see DS learning section for Bill's doc and DS docs for
conform guide)

With kind regards,

Neal
