It actually is almost that easy, as long as you are still running 7.5. Once you upgrade to 7.6, you have to follow the route that Igor listed, losing all clip names, nests, effects etc. along the way.

E-mail me offlist if you still have access to a 7.5 system or can downgrade temporarily. Once you have the timeline conformed you could always archive the project and re-install 7.6

I've got a workflow question to throw out there....

How do you go from sd offline (29.97) to HD online (23.976psf) in
Nitris?

Is it as easy as creating a new HD sequence and dropping the sd into
it??  (some how I think NOT)

Or;

Do you have to export edl's and convert them??
