Anthony,

Don't worry about how individual parts add up or
subtract out.  That isn't how DF works. Drop Frame
gives accurate total running time for a continuous
roll.   Once the frame counts are dropped across the
duration of the programme, everything will work out.

Keep the timeline set to DF, and follow the format.
