Subject: version 7.6

HI all, I just upgraded to 7.6. I am practicing a bit with expressions, but is there some documentation that explains when to use which math functions and how. For example, how do I know when to use sine or cosine, tangent, etc etc etc…..

Secondly, for fluid motion, I saw the tutorial on line, and if I understand correctly, the way to best benefit from this, is to use shapes, frame by frame. Is this accurate ? This seems like a lot work if you are slowing down a shot that has a duration of 10 seconds for example. That`s 300 movements of each shape.

Thanks. Also, is there a ``what`s new`` document for 7.6. So far, I am aware of source effects, fluid motion, and expressions. I do not know if there is anything else.
