Well the system stays on 24/7 but after a restart maybe 15 - 30 minutes till it lags when loading clips.

How long have you usually been working on the system when the clip loading "Lag" occurs??

Often when I double click a clip to load into the viewer it's very sluggish to get there.  The image will come up immediately, but I can't scrub through or set I/O points for sometimes up to 15 seconds.

If I restart it clears things up.  But shortly after working on a project the lag comes back.

The sequence is extremely small and simple at this point so I can't see it being a RAM thing.
