<< is the transition from the old to the new year a dissolve? >>

Funny, I've always experienced it as a simple cut... though I hear this year it will be delayed 30 NTSC frames (29.97 actually) which might classify it as an L-cut, but I'm not sure...

man, I need some time off.

But seriously, to all of you on the list, first a heart-felt thanks for all I have gleaned from your collective experience, know-how, rantings, ravings, and wisdom since venturing into the DS world this past April.  This is quite a resource and I am very appreciative of its truly global nature.

Peace and happiness in the 2006,
Brian
