Workgroup Config Setup Crash

While waiting for reply from support...

Trying to run the Workgroup Configuration utility on DS v7.6 Nitris QFE 3.
On both the DS workstation and the RP machine, I get a message that says:

"Unexpected Exception
Error 0x80040707
DLL Function Call Crashed:
DS Utils.IntWorkgrouplist
Setup will now terminate." 

At which point it does.

I have the sick feeling I'm in for a re-install.  Any idears?
