Select Clip.
Place position marker where you want the clip to end ( or start) and then...

Page Up = Snap In
or
Page Down = Snap Out

This works only if the clips have enough head frames or tail frames to be trimmed

I saw a guy do a trick inside a Composite Container with clips of various lengths on multiple layers.  His background layer was the longest duration compared to the shorter duration clips on the other layers.  I seem to remember that with one key stroke (or so it seemed), he was able to make all clips conform to the same duration as the background layer.  Usually I trim them all out by hand.
 
Do any of you know how to accomplish this slick little trick?
