Subject: "Archive Operation Failed"
Hey all,
I've searched the archives and can't find a answer on this issue.
I have a project that I'm trying to archive. First of all I noticed that all of my audio is gone for some reason in the project. Not sure what happened, might have been my screwup somewhere. I decided to try and archive it anyway without the audio (probably won't ever need the project). So I have the video and audio option selected. When I click archive it backs up the metadata and then before the tape prompt comes up I get an error message that reads "Archive Operation Failed". That's it. My only option is to click OK.
Couple things I've tried (with help from the
archives)
I tried just the video. That
didn't work.
I verified the media and
everything seems fine.
The source model names
are not out of control. They don't top 120 characters.
I copied the main sequence that I want to keep into another
project (new project) and I get the same result.
That's all I can come up with.
Anyone else have any ideas?
I'm on 7.5 QFE4
Thanks in advance.
