Open up the layer tree that contains all the shapes and select>shift-select the offending shapes, then click the combine shapes button. I've attached a screenshot, but if it doesn't come through, the button is below Suspend Output and is a rectangle with an overlapping circle.

That is where I am stuck.

 

I am in the Group menu of my logo in the 3D DVE.  I can select only 1

shape at a time.  And I don't see the Combine shapes menus anywhere in

3D DVE.
