If they do not announce anything until Version 8 at NAB 2006 then late
Summer 2006 the writing on the wall will become clearer. By NAB 2007
something new in place of DS. Just an educated guess. I would just hate
to see them discontinue the name DS. That leaves folks with DS systems
hanging.

The DS NITRIS comes with the kiddie toyz, cauz us kids do not know
better . . . .

I sure hope Apple buys the Smoke and fills in the 30% FCP is lacking
to REPLACE my DS NITRIS.   I will be in the market - AS WE ALL WILL in
about 2 years - Time line is right don't ya think?
