Just finished reading a book I got for Christmas called ‘DroidMakers’. If you are a computer/video geek like me you may find this book an interesting read. Its focuses on the development of the computer tools that Luscasfilm worked on in the late seventies and early eighties. In particular the book follows ‘EditDroid’ (video editing system), ‘SoundDroid’ (audio workstation) and the birth of Pixar.
