dissolves on sub titles

Subject : dissolves on sub titles 
Happy New Year everyone!

Does anyone know if you can add a dissolve in and out using the
subtitle script? I have about 150 sub titles that need to be and they
all need the same dissolve in and out. Or if there is a different way
to approach this I'm all ears.
