Hi Evan,

In that case, wouldn't it be faster and easier to recapture with some sort of bridge? Or would there be some quality loss that I've not thought of?

I just want to expand on this. This workflow works
fine. But you have to "transcode" it from Xpro HDV to
MXF files in DnXHD 220 and FYI the transcodeing take
about 3:1 so 30min takes about 1.5 hrs. But it works
and works well.
