May not be accurate here but I use delete key to move only the fx track.
down with ripple on for fx track. Select region then delete To move fx track
down I insert into fx track. Again ripple on for fx track and turn on track
in timeline but off in source . Load any clip in source viewer mark your
edit points and insert. Hope this helps.
