The restartablet.bat is attached. Run it when the tablet freezes up.

If you lose the pen, i.e., the pen doesn't have any control of the
cursor anymore, what's the quickest way to get it back?
The pen is still communicating with the wacom tablet, but nothing's
getting through to the computer.
