I agree these are very valuable requests, however - there are almost 
no developers currently working on DS, so I wouldn't get my hopes up 
too high if I were you.

Due to the complete lack of any adequate response from Avid, I 
currently look at the DS as a totally dead platform, and are planning 
our future with that in mind.
