I read the link and am still left with a question.

 

Is it OK to use O & O degrag on my 1.75TB array?  It isn't that full and I am not getting dropped frames, but I thought it was a good idea after deleting a project and it's media and

as part of general housekeeping on a weekly basis.

 

Lastly, does the built in De Frag software in XP Pro do the trick or does AVID suggest / certify any 3rd party programs for this task like O & O ?
