Final Effects AVX for DS

Finally some good news for the DS community. Final Effects Complete 
is a series of classic AE filters, originally called Cult Effects 
etc, developed in Sweden. Bought by ICE, aquired by media100, and 
lost in space until Boris bought the package some time ago. Now 
available for DS.
