Thanks Rick, you made my day.
I had the same problem when I first tried to burn DVDs on the workstation,
as we only used DVD-R. Wish the burner was a little more flexible in
burning both +R and -R. since mine is corporate issue, there's not much I
can do about it.
Have a great weekend.

Liz, you get the Gold Star and are my new best friend. Since we only use
-R DVD's in our shop, I didn't
even think about the +R type. You beat out alot of other Brainiacs on this
list with the correct answer.
Now, I still need to find a basic DVD software program for making Down and
Dirties for clients.
( We use Apple DVD Studio Pro for the fancy ones.)
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Rick
#4: I have an HPwx8000 as a graphics workstation, and the DVD/CD burner
that came with it will only burn DVD+R. Check the HP Site for your DVD
model number. It should tell you what it will and will not burn. Also, I
have to use the HP DVD burning program to burn DVDs.
