What are your points like, round or square?

The DS tracker's approach is to try to match the exact same pixel-pattern
you set in the inner box of each tracker. So if you have a tracking point
with angles, when those angles rotate the pixel pattern no longer matches
what DS is looking for. Round tracking points are better in this instance.
If you already HAVE round tracking points, make sure your inner box is small
enough that it only has the tracking point and a little of the background in
the shot, no corners or edges.

If you have tracking points with angles, your going to spend a lot of time
with the 'set target' button for each tracker. When the tracker quits go
back to the last good frame for that tracker and hit 'set target'. You can
also choose to update target automatically but 99% of the time the drift
will be unacceptable.

I mentioned above, round points are good for tracking rotation, angled
markers (crosses for example) are going to be better for most everything
else, they can scale up and down (zooms) and if you ONLY have the corner as
your track point the pixel pattern doesn't change much with the scale...

Anything more than those simple tracks though and you're looking at leaving
the app and taking your footage somewhere else...
