Is there any non-upgrade way to get from DS to Symphony? I mean, can I
trade-in my DS license for a Symphony license?
I'm not joking here, I won't need DS after Symphony ships with total-conform
and so would like Avid to make good on the promise of Total Conform they
made to all the suckers who bought DS by letting me trade-in. I should get a
credit to buy some storage or something frankly, or a free extra year of
assurance...
So for those of us who don't want 'dual boot' and don't need to run DS
anymore can we get the total-conform promised us years ago and some credit
because we have to downgrade toolsets to do it?
