here...
It shouldn't mater what Avid thinks the list ought to be or how it
needs to be run.
WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS, WE HAVE TOLD THEM WHAT IT SHOULD
BE.
The fact that they are not seeing the customer as "always right" is the
largest and most dangerous mistake companies make prior to losing their sales
base.... didn't anyone go to business school up there?
