Hi Robert,

I'm not having the best day - so you may want to wait until others correct me....

If you're happy with the sequence then, I would select the sequence in the folder - right click and select purge.  In the purge menu, at the top, use "except for" and make sure that it says either selected media or current sequence (assuming that the sequence is loaded).  Purge uncompressed video, video cache, compressed video, audio and audio cache.  Maximum. Refresh Purge. Purge.

There's your consolidation.  Now when you output the OMF it can only use the audio that's in the sequence.  Make sure you save handles (can't remember but that's in there somewhere).

I've found that the OMF export function on the DS ( I have versions 6.5 and 7.1 ) doesn't consolidate media, thus generating HUGE files. Is there a fix for this?
