Yes, the command is the same using xsibatch. But the same as in XSI, you must run the software under a certain user and that user needs to have shaders installed correctly. The difference is that BatchServe is calling xsibatch under a user and people forget about setting the workgroup for that user in the logon tab of the batchserveclient service.
