1024 x 768 Layout

Subject : 1024 x 768 Layout

I am working on a Sony VAIO laptop PCGFX 210. Year 2000, 800mhz processor, 256 Ram. It´s amazing it runs with XSI 2. But the problem is I cannot configure the layout to work at the 1024 x 768 resolution. Could someone help me with this. I went to www.xsibase.com and also at softimage.com but there is nothing about this subject. on Xsibase.com i downloaded the different layouts but they all seem only to work in XSI 3.

Could anyone help me?

Also I tried to manipulate the layout editor. No good either.
