Unfortunately no, there isn't a plugin to do the same thing with the
other components. I'm sure Softimage is WELL aware of the situation at
hand, as it has come up MANY times at the base as well as this list.
Having the move component tool that works with ALL the components is
definitily a much requested feature....and seeing how Softimage seems to
triage requests this is probably one at the top of the list. Smart
highlighting will probably also be included when they decide to
implement this tool. Hopefully this will be in the next release...and
knowing Soft...it will be. Now if we can just get them to attend to the
SDK and simulations!! j/k guys! Y'all are doing a great job! Keep it up!
