Subject : Any programming development classes.

Since Siggraph is coming up, I will be looking for some information/tutorials on how to program and compile plugins in XSI. I know there is documentation that comes with XSI on how to do so, but I am still wondering if anyone has written a good book on how to devellop tools for XSI, for geared for TDs.
