You can also open up the clip properties> and go to the "clip item
information tab" and add your offsets:

Is an exmaple.
This is like doing an offset map. All this is logged in the script
editor if you have many to do

its more like a modification of the current Actions values, which works
fine for me.
had in mind a replace process, which makes things sometimes more final..
