Ok, now I think I'm beginning to understand. Satellite rendering is
working, I've added more machines and region renders are speeding up so
it appears to be rendering correctly on other systems, but not on one
particular satellite. However when the script editor on the master says
rendered on computername.3
during a satellite render, that means it rendered on processesor #3 of
that remote machine?
If that happens to be the case why does one of my machines list
rendering only on
computername.3
computername.4
computername.5
computername.6
The machine in question is a dual 3.4 xeon system with HT on. But why
does it start on 3 and end on 6 rather than 0-3? Strange.
