Try copying some keyframes from AE into a text editor. You will see the format. I have imported that into an excel file then manually merged a saved fraw file into it. It’s tedious but seems to get the job done in a pinch.

writing the values out to a file in the AE format ( <tab>frame<tab>value) then giving the text file to someone who has a brain twisted enough to understand After Effects.

Kim you mentioned that it's not hard to cut and paste a roll fcurve from xsi into AE, by the way. How are you doing it ?

we've just found here that no, the fov doesn't import into AE. Seems to be in the file but it doesn't get to AE.

I never tried animating the FOV, but I did find that I had to multiply it by 0.7. I am not sure why .7 but it seemed to work in my case.
