The workflow/pipe tools in Modo is still a bit rough, but you can script into it, and you could technically save out all your vertex data in some sort of standard ascii text format, and then build a reader in XSI to re-import that data.

I've been thinking of using Modo's Perl interpreter to write a dotXSI exporter script for Modo, should be reasonably straighforward and Perl's ideal for this, but just haven't had the time to actually sit down and dot it yet. If I do I'll be sure to post it though.
