of the first NT 4 UNIX tools releases (I think 1.0 or 1.5). We were
using a mixed NT/SGI environment and the NFS tools worked like a charm,
BUT this was relatively small scale (2 SGI fileservers, a few SGI
compositing and Maya workstations and about 10 NT workstations using the

I'm after the same size of setup really, like 8-10 workstations and 10 rendernodes.
Cause of the (ridiculous m$) licensing issues we are pushed on *nix
anyways, so I was thinking about reinvestigating this samba question
again. I will post if I find something worthwile (somewhere in the hazy
future).
