in xsi 4 unfortunatly not possible to set to  PAL default.
well, there's a workaround in creating a on_new_scene event. haven't done it
though.

Whenever I new...scene, my XSI goes back to a directory under C:\Program
Files\...  I want it to use D:\ as my default output directory.  Also, how
do I change the default render output to PAL so I don't have to change it
manually all the time?
