I think I reported it too a while back. I think it may be happening more on
the larger images. Try it on 1K or 2K, size down to, say, 720. If you still
can't get it to work I'll have a go at reproing here. I do remember it
happening all the time.

I have a code defect logged by Kris Rivel against the Resize node, but we
couldn't reproduce it. No doubt this would be a simple math rounding error,
so it must be specific to some source image size.

Did you also checked Apply Crop in Output Crop [720 486]?

Transform3d doesn't work I don't think.  How do you set it to 720x486?  I
tried adjusting the y scale to a value of .8 which it says is 720x486 but
clearly its now too squashed.
