Ok, I tool a look at the thread. I have been following this one actually,
but it's not the same idea as I'm proposing. The node-based particle system
would only be a small subset of the editor I'm proposing.

And yes, the ideas presented in the thread you mentioned above are very
interesting. I hope they are heard.
