Sure, but what if it's not keyed? The there's no
reason to re-cache. Same goes for size.
I was working with maya for a bit, one of the coolest
things (and I am easily amused mind you) is simply
seeing the particle size change as I tweaked the
parameters on a still frame - no recaching.
Did I mention it was fast when it did cahce?
