Folks, please don't read anything into this as positive or negative.
All we know at this point is what Gareth hinted at, and that I'm really busy trying to finish a show (e.g. - I found a legitimate excuse).
When the original forum slowed down, I collected and collated the main ideas and points into topical sections, the first step in the white paper. My intention was to help Softimage get an idea of what the user base is expecting in a state of the art particle/dynamics system based on current, real world production needs and experience. Mission accomplished. Whether they deliver on our expectations or not remains to be seen.
