Is there any way to get the knife tool to cut only a selected set of polygons/edges.......instead of slashing my model from head to toe? I really dig using it because it slices the edges leaving a perfectly straight cut....using the shft+d hotkey doesnt always result in the same cleaness of lines. I can't use the knife most of the time due to it shooting the slice allllll the way through the model instead of just where i want it. Is there another tool I've overlooked that does what I'm wanting?
