Subject : Change License to new computer

Hi,

how does one change XSI from one computer to a new one? 
http://www.softimage.com/Support/XSI/Licensing/

doesn't give me any clues. Do I have to do the whole Licensing thing
again, or can I just copy the old files over and plugin the dongle in the
new computer? 

I haven't tried this yet, I am just trying to anticipate/firgure out how
long this will take.
