Install everything on the new system. Including License server. Then 
generate a new request code and file that using the licensing request 
code request form on the SoftImage licensing request code request form 
webpage. Then wait 1-2 Business days in which the license fairy will 
knit a new key for your system. That key can then be loaded. I had mine 
next day. I guess it depends on the workload.
