In terms of workflow it's like having your boundary poses in a start/end
frame of a Clip, and 'Inbetween keys' inside the Clip.
When you move the left/right boundary of a Clip the 'Inbetween keys' are
scaled accordingly.
Region tool does the same, for sure, but you have to manualy set the
region each time, carefully, on those exact boundaries and do your
scale. 'Inbetween keys' would allow this, without setting any region,
you just drab the 'boundary' or 'pose' key you are interrested in, and
the 'Inbetween keys' will adjust themselves automaticaly.
