I would vote for "Chez Claudette" Laurier/St-Denis. The unfortunate
thing is that they changed management and their no longer open at 4 in
the morning...

The ultimate poutine place in Montreal is La Banquise, on Rachel near
Christophe-Colomb.
They have tens of types of poutine (like tuna poutine, for example) Open
very late, not expensive, fast service.
