Some other issues are that you can't log into a domain, and you can't set/change policies. There are a few more minor issues but those are the a few of the bigger ones.

For Device Manager try typing "sysdm.cpl" without the quotes into Start>Run
and then accessing it from the Hardware tab. Or try "devmgmt.msc".
For User Accounts type "nusrmgr.cpl".

Other than this minor annoyance I cannot see the diff with the pro version
for a single machine setup
