this is mine, messy coding and not fit for viewing but seems to do the job at the mo.
 
Select the Passes you want AFX to load & Run the script.
Open AFX, make new comp & Run the script that you saved.
 
 
The idea is to get it placing clips in comp with correct frame offsets for next ver.

Yeah, it's possible. I think Adam Seeley was working on something like that. I should be able to take what I have and write out a bat file. I'll take a look tomorrow.
